Hi Everyone

It looks like my property has been sold .I got a bank statement from my old account last night and it showed money being paid in.(It was a voluntary repossesion)

Will the trustee inform me about this?

Thanks

Hi the trustee will notify you of this but not necessarily what it sold for. It will really only have any impact on you if the equity clears all of the debts and / or if there is a joint owner who has not gone br and is expecting some of the equity / debt passed to them.
