me and my husband r due 2 go bankrupt nxt week with this new thing that come in last week can u tell me how much is it u need 2 earn 2 b entitled 2 the court fee my husband works full time and i get child tax credit and child benefit and also does my benefits need 2 b included in this all

I presume you are referring to the Debt Relief Order?

The court fee is £90. You should have disposable income of below £50 a month and no assets worth more than £300. You cannot be a homeowner.

I think that your benefits may be included, but not 100% sure on that.

The glimmer gets brighter all the time
