Br court hearing was on MOnday and I must say just like everyone advised it really wasn't half as bad as I thought, the clerks were wonderful, didn't look down their noses as I had anticipated.
Waiting for the OR meeting, all done over the phone and that should be next week. Feel like a massive wewight has been lifted.
Got the local paper last night and was a bit disappointed that the BR are still listed as well as all your details, I thought they had stopped that, just keep fingers crossed that no-one who knows us reads these.
Thanks everyone for your good advice and good luck to anyone who is going through this at the moment

Thanks for all of your good advice and support it has been invaluable. Interview with the OR is next week, a bit worried about this side of things, very worried about work getting to know, heard something about the tax code going back to zero, this would noticeable at work surely, my husbands work place is not at all private and everyone seems to get to know everyones elses business. Is it always necessary for the tax code to change, I thought we had escaped everyone knowing our business.

Hi Kadge

The NT tax code notice comes from HMR&C (tax office) and does not mention bankruptcy. It is could occur for a number of reasons - such as previous over payment so would not flag up to employer that bankruptcy had occurred

All the best
