hi i have entered bankruptsy after my iva failed after the fall in the house market. i am expecting an inusrance payout for a bad car accident, in a few weeks , for my injurys and i am unable to lift , gardern etc , there is no loss of earnings . can the official reciever take this money ?

Your personal injury compensation cannot be taken by the trustee in bankruptcy.
