My debts are years old upto 10 yrs i have been paying token payments for 6yrs so when OR examines my staements wont see whre money has gone with the money from credit and loans. can he get statements from 10 yrs ago
I would be interested in them too

The OR will normally only want to see statements from the last year. If he needs to see statements over a longer period or you don't have the statements then he will be able to get them from the creditor.
You would probably be able to get the statements yourself however you would be charged for each one. I was checking my statements the other day and I think it was MBNA that charge £4 per statement copy so it would work out expensive if you really wanted 10 years worth of statements. |

You can ask for a "Subject Access Request" to the bank / credit card company you have the debt with. It costs £10 but they send you all the information they have on you including all of your statements. |

Don't worry if you haven't got statements, the OR can get them from your creditors. I certainly wouldn't pay for them!

No i wont pay for them but i was asing will they get statements 10 yrs old as that where debts will be seen but on accounts closed many yrs ago

I don't know if they will be able to get statements going back that far, but I wouldn't worry about it. I'm sure you won't be the only person going BR in those circumstances, and the OR will be able to deal with it.
