Surely if you are still in an IPA then your OR will have dibs on your redundancy. Until the IPA is completed you are obliged to inform the trustee of any changes within 21 days.

Can I also ask why you are going to continue to pay the IPA when you don't have to? If your income goes down then your IPA can be reduced or suspended.
