I've just filled in earings part of BR forms I put average earnings over last 3 months, however I had been doing loads of overtime and now this has stopped for the time being, so I will be earning much less but there is nowhere on the form to put that these are average earnings or that income will be significantly decreased, so how will they know that this is the case.

You should only put your contracted earnings on the BR form and then during the interview you can mention to the OR that you did some OT over the last few months but that has now stopped.

Just put the amount in your bank account when you are completing the form. The OR will discuss this as well during the interview and you can let him know that the money is for living expenses.

Is the bank account from one of your creditors? Normally bank accounts are frozen when you are declared BR so you might want to open a basic bank account with Co-op, Yorkshire bank, etc. before you declare BR and move any money into that account.
