My husband has a van for his business (worth £4,000), if we went bankrupt would he have to sell this?

Hi

any vehicl worth over £2000 or more is at risk - or at least the value above £2k

Couple of pointers

first get some real valuations so you know what it is really worth

secondly speak to an expert on the forum as depending upon where you are in the country may effect the view of the OR.

Lastly what sort of business is he in and has he had specific advice regarding insolvency and how ic can effect the business
