The OR has said I can keep my car. To 'celebrate' I have stupidly and obstinately broken traffic laws and will likely lose my licence shortly. Maybe someone upstairs is trying to tell me something. Spiral and downward are two words which spring to mind.

Opps!!

If you do loose your license than you will have no need for the car and the OR may then wish you to sell it.

Court is always a nerve racking place for anyone but I would suggest you write down a list of what you have been through over the past months - not as an excuse but perhaps as mitigating circumstances.

It will also help you on the day if you are prepared.

good luck

Perhaps the magistrates would think oh, he's of bad character - he went bankrupt?

Hi pix1

character has nothing to do with going Br. if anything it identifies people that have been unable to resolve a problem in any other way and have been brave enough to take quite a big step.
