Hello

I went BR last October and included in my statement was some unpaid bills fom British Gas for my last residence which wqas voluntarily repossesseed last summer, before the BR.

Everything since BR has been going great and i never even received a single call from creditors afterwards chasing payments - until a few weeks ago when out of the blue British Gas suddenly started calling me 2 - 3 times a day. To start with i kept telling them that i had gone BR and gave them the details - which they said would stop the calls - but i still get the calls and am now just not picking them up.

What can i do to stop them calling me? It gets quite annoying when you are in the middle of work and your phone keeps going off!

Many thanks

Tifosi

If they are calling constantly that can be classed as harassment and they need to be told that.
At your stage i would forward any correspondence to the OR and tell them to refer to the OR from now on.
