Does the OR hand book regarding allowable expenses go up every year with inflation

Hi

no I'm afraid it doesn't.
Rumour has it the current hymn sheet was devised as a result of a national survey carried out in 2006.

Surveys cost a great deal of money hence each office has an element of flexibility in respect of this aged survey rather than undertake a new one.

Seems like a lottery to me on the office that deals with you and what OR you get what side of bed he gets out of etc
