if i had come to agreements with my personal creditors, that i was happy with, and entered a business br could i if i wished not include my personal debts in this -thanks

If you file for your petition in bankruptcy - ALL debts for which you are personally liable must be included, you are unable to keep any debts out of the proceedings whether personal or business,if they are in your name they have to be included.
