Hi we were made br yesterday but when we got home there was a letter from a company for a debt my wife had forgot to put on application as she had forgotten about it and not heard from them for a couple of year. Is it to late to ask for it to be added. Thanks mick

No this is not a problem.

When you have the OR interview ( telephone or face to face) advise them then and send them details.

It is quite common to have missed off a creditor

Thanks Paul thats a relief. It went so well at court yesterday and everyone was very nice and then we got this letter. Suppose I can relax a bit more now again. Thanks again.

Newcastle is a great place and the only bad bit about the experience is waiting in that corridor before seeing the judge.

Did the judge see you all together?

There was a group of about 8 that went in together before us but myself and my wife were called in alone. Your right about the corridor its very narrow and there were lots to be seen. Guess its going to get even busier over the next few month though.

Oh and we took your advice and went to the coffee shop across the road. Much nicer than the one in court.

Thanks

Mick
