Hi, for the last few nights i've had someone knocking at the door, i just ignore them until they go away, I dont really want to answer the door because I was advised by the CAB not to discuss anything with anyone. They leave a letter saying that they've been sent by Nationwide to discuss my arrears, I dont think that they're bailiffs. Do company representatives have any rights or should I just continue to ignore them? I'm in court to petition next week so hopefully it'll all stop then. Thanks, maff

They won't be bailiffs maff.

It'll just be some debt collection agent trying to bother you for a few quid.

Consider ringing and/or writing to N/W and/or the agency telling them very firmly that you will not deal with these people and tell them why.

They won't bother if they don't think there's any chance of a result.
