Hi natnat,

Welcome to the forum,

I have not heard of them, I don't know whether any of the other experts have, but I will do some investigating and see if I can find anything for you.

Kind Regards,

This is the bankruptcy arm of Bains & Ernst, a relatively well known volume processor of IVAs and Debt Management Plans. Why do you need to pay someone £450 to help you fill out a relatively simple set of forms?

For an informal chat about any financial difficulties, or advice as to the options available, I can be contacted via my website - www.melaniegiles.com

Hi natnat

completing forms is not a huge task and on its own is certainly not worth 450.

The difference between form filling and Assisted Bankruptcy is really enormous. One is an admin function that rally can be done over the ohone in around an hour tops, the other is a complete support function covering home, assets, job, personal support on the day, attendance with the OR, management of the beneficial interest, bank account, landlord / mortgage representation, employer representation, handing back of HP cars etc etc etc . So really a huge gulf.

Also i have found that the telephone form filling companies have different capabilities to the Assisted Bankruptcy functions because they are not usually aware of the actual processes in each court ( and they are different)

I am actually helping another forum member with the forms for free as in reality there is little value in this activity.
