Hi
I was made bankrupt in 2006, I have recently moved in with a partner who owns her own home.
I am still paying £95 per month to my creditors for another year.
If I am honest about where I am living and who I'm living with can the courts or my creditors touch her assets?
Thanks

Hi,

No, your BR will only affect you and not anyone else.

Hi

The only thing that might happen is that they send you a new income and expenditure form to complete to confirm that you are not able to pay any additional money into bankruptcy, or indeed that you are still able to pay.
