I am getting married in Dec 09, therefore my name will be changing. Will this be a problem as an undischarged bankruptee??

No, this shouldn't be a problem and congratulations. If you pay an IPA then you may need to inform the OR.

Hi

you are obliged to notify the OR of any change in your circumstances. Including income, expense, address and name amongst others.
