I phoned court to check appointment today and was told they'd had loads of problems with online forms, so they wanted me to submit forms today and take them down to court to get checked, ready for next week.So printed off all 121 pages and off I went. Was a bit put out at first about having to go twice, but now forms and iva failure letter have been ok'd, so next monday all should be fine and at least I know where the court is and where to go.

I know that many folk use the online forms but I have always used the manually prepared ones.

They are more clear and you are more able to describe the position. You can also print a blank set and work on it until you are sure you get it absolutely right
