Hi we went BR on 29 April and rang the OR today as we have heard nothing. Said we can have our interview tomorrow but had to arrange it for next Monday because of work.

He seemed very nice and helpful but said that we dont need to send any payslips or statements in yet and will request them if needed.

I thought that these needed to be provided before the interview.

Anyway the process is almost over and it has all ran very smoothly thanks to a lot of help from members off this site.

Thanks

Mick

Good luck Mick. It seems so many OR offices work in different ways because I had to send off 12 months bank statements, credit card statements etc, and three month salary slips. Probably if they need anything after the call they will let you know. I found my OR representative totally non-judgemental on the phone and very human so sure you will be fine. Good luck anyway! and I too have found this site invaluable.
