Hi
I declared bankrupt in December and have so far had my face to face interview, B178 Restrictions against the land, Nominated someone to purchase BI in house and completed an IPO with regards to possibility of early discharge.
I have been working closly with CAB and made an application for the Mortgage Rescue Scheme, there is no way i can pay the mortgage on my own in full since my husband left, and wondered if there is anyone else who has put in an application (to sell and rent back) and how the process is working for you?
As the BI has not yet been purchased from the OR, would they allow the sale?
