Recieved my pack today from OR prior to telephone interview on Thursday. It asks for 12 months bank statements which is fine but then it asks for loan agreements and credit card statements of which i have none as I got rid of them when i took out my IVA, is this going to be a problem or will the Or just request them from creditors themselves??

get together what you can and the OR will get the rest from the creditors no problem

you will be discharged 12 months after the BR unless you get an early discharge
at your interview you will get a good idea whether an IPA is likely but until they have crunched all the numbers you will not know for sure
