I have been trying to get hold of my local CAB for over a week but its only available by phone between 9 and 3pm. I have dealt with them before and was hoping to speak with my case worker again. My bankrupcy discharge notice was due March 21st, however because we have not agreed an IPO it has been adjourned until April 30th. I have recieced stuff from the court with the trustees whitness statement and am so stressed trying to get advice. I am a single mum with two kids and now working full time following a very accromonious divorce and subsequent breakdown. I believe the trustee has been dealing with my ex husband who owns the matromonial home and has agreed a figure although i have no idea what it is as we dont speak.
I have completed an expenditure form and truly have very little left (around £100) £50 of which they want to tie up into an IPO, im sure theres lots iv missed but they dont tell me they just question as if im lying. im very concerned that if i dont work i dont get paid and last month had three days off with a virus and even last week had to take a day off becuase my son was ill. I need more advice before i commit as i feel i am just being bullied into the agreement. Sorry to be 100 mph

Hi Mitzy,
Welcome to the forum, May I suggest you have a look at the link below although there are no amounts, but it acts as a great guide for things that you can claim within your expenditure.
http://www.bankruptcyhelp.org.uk/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=100
Your property claim should not affect your discharge period as they have up to three years to negotiate a settlement with your ex-husband.
If after you have submitted your figures you can not agree a figure then they should apply to the court for an Income Payment Order, however if you have stuck to the allowable expenses and you don't have much in the way of a disposable income then you will not get an IPO, unfortunately if you have stuck to the allowable expenses and have a disposable income of £100 then you will have to pay the 50% of this for three years,
I hope this helps
Kind Regards,
