Hi there, I was declared BR in April 09 and today received a bill from a catalogue that is in my name but my sister used it to buy a coat on buy now pay later, it's only £90. She is happy to clear this debt as we both forgot all about i. What i am worried about is as the catalogue is in my name and if she pays it will the OR find out and will i get into trouble even though the debt wasn't mine. Not sure what to do, my OR isn't very friendly so want to avoid all contact if i can! Hope you can help. Thank you,

As the catalogue is in your name then you are responsible for the debt, so it will go into your bankruptcy. Do not let your sister pay for it as this will be favouring a creditor and it will be pointless any way, it is in your bankruptcy so just leave it.
