Hello everyone.Yet another question. My wife and I are going br we both have joint debts and my wife also has some single debts. Will we get a joint IPA or will it be that we both have separate ones.We are both working and will have money over as we are going to go for volentory repossession as soon as we are br.Also will we have a joint interveiw with the OR. or separate. Can anyone advise us.Thanks.

I am not too sure about the IPA question but would think it would be separate as each person's wage could change.

You will have separate interviews but they are normally one after the other i.e. one at 9am and then the next interview as soon as that one is finished.

Hi davelvg

You will have separate IPA and NIL tax agreements. But they will be calculated by working out your total household expenditure and allowing expenditure on an individual basis pro rata to income.
