He has the forms to fill in for Bankruptcy and he is aware he has to pay the charge. His wife had a breakdown at Christmas and is on the sick. Would she be able to get any help still?
If you are on benefits or a low income you will be able to get a rebate on the court fees of £150 but will still have to pay the ORs fees. Here are the links for you.
