im in court monday 21st as its gettin closer panick is setting in am sure ill be fine but scary all the same .i have no other way out but br so i will just have to be brave and take it on the chin .will post monday let you know how it went xx

Yes I will post on Friday afternoon. I rang the court yesterday morning and was able to speak to the lady who will be there on Friday morning. She was so reassuring - told me not to worry - they would go through the forms (I only need to take in the original BR forms - they photocopy the forms there - although this might not be the case in every court) She asked about my level of debt and wether I had had advice about going down the bankruptcy route - she even said sometimes the judge doesn't actually see you just approves BR from the paperwork - I should be so lucky!! I am really nervous though and must have looked at my form a hundred times. I have had fantastic help from the experts - especially Brett England. This forum has been a real lifeline in my moments of panic and there have been a few!! I'll update on Friday x
