hello,



If i go BR to get out of a business lease (Im sole trader)can they sue me for payment of remaining 4 yrs. I can't afford to keep paying rent without ending up with massive debts on credit cards..(i've already ran up thousands).

Hi

When you go bankrupt all liabilities you have at that date are included, and as this is a known liability it would also be included.
