My husband and I are divorcing. The marital home is in his name although i have a registered interest in the home. It is a marital asset. He has agreed to transfer the home to me and our two children and I will have to pay the mortgage. I am worried if he becomes bankrupt. Will my home be repossessed?

How much equity? You will be safer if you can get divorced & have the financial side sorted before he goes bankrupt.
