Is it true that the credit reference agencies automatically take off your defaults after bankruptcy after being on your credit file for 6 years and doest the discharge date show on your credit report. I still have defaults on event after 6 years of bankruptcy? I have never received a discharge form from my Trustee - should I have done? I am obtaining copies of my credit report now it has been 6 years on 20.4.09

any defaults on your credit files should have been changed to satisfied or partially satisfied when you where discharged if they have not been and you are discharged then i would request that the credit files be updated
