i am self employed no mortgage arrears and house is probably in slight negative equity i have 2 dependant children and debt is £87000 inc £7500 to tax man if i go bankrupt will i lose my house?regards steve.

Not necessarily, if you have someone who can buy the beneificial interest (being in negative equity this would be £1 plus OR costs) you would be able to keep the house. Providing of course you are able to maintain payments to the secured lender/s
