There is another thing confusing me - I have not been notified of my discharge even though know it happened in 2005 - I have never recekved anything from my Trustee to say so. Do I need to apply for a discharge form - I thought this was done automatically and sent t you

Hi

As yours would have been an automatic discharge, they don't notify you, and your discharge is entirely separate from your estate so the Trustee would not be involved.

Your discharge is 'automatic' - you can however obtain a certificate from the court but it will cost monye. You do not need a certificate but some people obtain it just to have concrete confirmation.
