im due in court monday .i have a bank account jointly with my husband i get my wages paid into this acount should i close my part of it and still get my wages paid into it as before i got my name on this account my wages were paid into it
You could try and see if they will remove you from this account so it becomes your husbands sole account, If not then you and you husband will both require new accounts.
