Do you know exactly how much you were overpaid, and how much you'll have to pay back?

was it paid from your employer, or tax credits, or benefits?

Will it be taken in one go, or over time?

Definitely put it down but depending upon who overpaid you will depend how you put it on the form. As Sparkle mentioned was this paid by your employer, tax credits, benefits or something else?
