Hi everyone May i ask what do i need to take to court with me when i declare myself BR (apart from the petition and SOA) Oh and my payment!

That's all you need. You will need 3 copies of the SOA and £510 for the fee if you are petitioning anywhere other than RCOJ. In the RCOJ you only need 1 copy of the SOA but £522 for the BR fee.
