I need to declare bankrupcy in Australia but I am living in another country how can I do this my job here didnt work ouyt and I can not pay my crit crad debts and my Australina Tax bill what can I do I do not want to go back to Australia

I have no idea what you do to declare bankruptcy in Australia.

Are you a UK citizen? If so and you have resided here in the last 3 years then you can declare BR here and this will include your debts in Oz.
