Hi Mark

I am not aeare of any restriction relating to your type of employment, however it is always good practice to review your employment contract incase your employed has a specific clause.

Do you work for a local firm or a national company?

Also you may want to share more information about the situation so we can be of help.

take care

Bankruptcy will only affect your job if your employer has a particular issue with it which is noted in your contract of employment or staff handbook.

As Paul says, it is worth checking this out to set you mind at rest.

For an informal chat about any financial difficulties, or advice as to the options available, I can be contacted via my website - www.melaniegiles.com
