hi all
had my official receiver interview via phone today. As advised before petitioning I put my main bank account on forms and sent in the card etc and left the cashminder off. I mentioned it today and he said so long as they know you are bankrupt then theres no problem with you keeping it. I then went on to say well I havnt told them as I left it off the forms with the intention of asking you if I could use it for wages etc, so as far as im aware the coop dont know i'm BR. He just said he wasnt interested in the account and said just use it. Does this seem ok? thanks
