I want to know if its possable to get help in declairing bankruptcy as Im unable to pay debts. I am offshore at the moment so email is my only option.

What sort of help is it you are looking for? There are professional companies that will assist you with filing your BR paperwork for a charge and the 3 below post on this board:

The CCCS, CAB and National Debtline all offer free advice so you could check out their websites as well.

If your situation isn't complex then you can easily file for BR yourself. There is plenty of help on this board and the forms are pretty easy to fill in.
