thanks for all your encourageing replies in the past,i was made bankrupt on 6/1/09 and was discharged early on 15/6/09 ihave no IPA or BRU my last question is how long do i stay on the insolvency register would appreciate replies also anyone thinking of going BR if you cooperate fully with the OR they will make it as smooth as i have found

You should drop of the register shortly Peter. Just keep checking and if it doersn't happen I believe there is a link where you can report any errors.

Don't forget that it will remain on your credit record for 6 years from the date of the BR.

You will drop of the insolvency register 3 months after your discharge date. Make sure you print off the page showing that you are discharged as proof of discharge.
