have appointment booked to fill in bankrptcy paperwork and file it with the court. I have a bank account that still has my ex - wifes name on it and it is currently overdrawn. Will this be wiped as I have run the overdraft up or will the debt pass to her.

Hi ,

The whole debt will pass to her thru 'joint and several' liability
