it took 10 days after official discharge in court that mine appeared on the insolvency website.i also recieved a copy of the disharge certificate in the post the same day it posted online.so technically speaking you could be discharged now.probably depends how busy they are.

When you 'click' on your name it should go to a page with all of details on - such as address, etc.

About half way down that page it will say whether or Bankrupt or Discharged and the dates.

When I was discharged early it took about 3 weeks before it changed on this website.

I don't think that always happens as I've heard about people getting a letter to say they have been discharged and that being the first they've heard of it.

If you get automatic discharge you may not hear anything from the OR at all once you've had your interview.

Tomorrow is a mystery, yesterday is history, today is the present, a gift to make the most of.

thanks skippy,
im beginning to think ED may not happen now as i last spoke to the OR about a month ago,and was told we were up for ED and that we would get all the forms through, but to date have not recieved them, and right from our interview back in january when we went BR he suggested that we would be put forward for it, they say we have complied with everything, but i guess no forms means its not going to happen ???

Not everyone who is told they will get ED actually gets it, but don't give up yet! I think all ORs must be snowed under at the moment.

yay woop woop spoke to my OR and gently reminded them that they had suggested that we may get early discharge.............and he confirmed that they will be sending out the forms within the next 14 days

he has said that is usually takes 2-3 months, is that what others have experienced ???
