i know all my debts that i have to add to my br! but after the forms have been sent in can you include debts that where not put on the original application?
example! i have just lost a court case through my ltd company and the sheriff court awarded costs to the guy i was chasing money to! but i wont hear about them until the middle of next moth, would i be able to add the costs on to the br as he got awarded the decision this week! or if the ltd company stops trading can he come after me personally??
You mentioned 'Sheriff Court' so does this mean you are in Scotland? One of the professionals on this board may be able to help, if not you could check with the National Debtline in Scotland as there are slightly different rules regarding BR in Scotland - http://www.nationaldebtline.co.uk/scotland/
