My husband and I have declared ourselves bankrupt this morning, whilst I am dreading the official receiver interview and am praying we are allowed to buy the beneficial interest in the house back, I am relieved that I no longer owe over £30k and that my husband no longer owes over £20k.
Credit is a dirty word in our house from now on!
Thanks to everyone for their support so far, I'm sure I'll be posting more when I've heard from the OR!
Well done poodle, try not to worry about the OR's interview although I know that is easier said that done as I was more nervous about the interview than I was going to court.
