Hi,
As long as you have lived in the UK during the last 3 years, then you declare bankruptcy here.
You will either need to come back yourself and do it, or appoint a friend or family member as Power of Attorney and get them to do it for you.
You could also use a firm such as Reviva UK to do it for you.
Bear in mind that any of these options will cost you more as you overseas.
