| i was made redundant then my wife left me approximately 8 months ago,although seperated we still have a joint mortgage which is now in arrears,i am still out of work and on jobseekers allowance and with 35000 worth of debt see bankruptcy my only option, i have no idea what to do,with regards to anything in joint names,any help at all would be greatly appreciated. |
