I want BR earler this year. I no longer live in my home. I had a letter with a court date to take back my home.

My questions 1) do I have to go
How long after the court date will they take back the home as I have a someone living they and paying rnet to the OR.

No you do not have to attend, I take it you have provided all relevant information to the Official Receiver and any future shortfall is to be included in your bankruptcy
