Hi, I am in month 11 of my bankruptcy and haven't heard anything about an IPO yet. Do you think it's because I won't be getting one. Can they put one in place once I am discharged. Thank you.

Hi Maz,

It sounds to me like you won't be getting one. How much DI did you have left after your expenses had been agreed? Did the examiner/OR say you would be getting one?

They cannot impose an IPA/O after discharge.

Hi,

I would think that if you haven't had one by now, that you won't.

I don't believe they can do one once you are discharged.

Our expenses were never agreed. We were self employed at the time and had made a loss. There was no mention of an IPO.

We do have a court date for a repossession hearing on 24 July and have somewhere else to live. How long after the court hearing will we be evicted? Thanks

If you have somewhere else to live, then I would move out now.
