Hi Please help, my husband and I are in court on Friday, went to CAB yesterday waited forever to see someone who couldn't help me! I have filled out the statment of affairs without much trouble but Form 6.27 doesn't make much sense to me! We are going BR on a personal level not a business level. I am self-emloyed and work at home, do I have to put that on this form? The whole form is a mystery to me...Please help...

You just put your name and address on the 6.27 form and cross out the (d) and (e) sections as they are regarding businesses.

Don't worry if you complete the form incorrectly the BR clerk will cross it out and enter the correct details.

Thanks. Had visions of getting to court to be told I had done the form wrong and being sent away.
