It would cost him to make you bankrupt so I think it is likely to just be a threat. Could he help in any way to keep the company going?

Is it just business debt you have or personal debt as well?

Hi

i assume it is a limited company, and if so your personal liability will only come into play if you have personal guarantees.

I would really recommend that you have an offline conversation with either the helpline or one of the forum experts.

You need to be in control of and understand all the options and potential liabilities
