hi,another help please,can i put this reason also on where i spend the money i have loaned.that i always go home to my country to see my kids and my family.being addicted on buying clothes and changing cars often.is this acceptable?im so worried that the or will give me a bro.

You should put down the reason why you are in financial difficulty regardless of what it is. No matter what your reason, it will not be the first time that the OR has heard it.

The ORs are not judgmental and will not give you a hard time during the interview. They may mention that you will get a BRU but this doesn't mean that you will. They will need to do a lot of investigating into your financial background before giving you a BRU and this normally takes several months.

Even if you do end up with a BRU it is not the end of the world and you will still be in a better situation than you are now.

hi thanks,will i still be discharge after 12months even i have bru.what happens if im bru?

If you do get a BRU you will still be discharged after 12 months however the BR restrictions will continue to apply for the length of the BRU.
